Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  Please note: Items such as makeup, lingerie and items that go into the mouth cannot be returned.  We do charge a 20% restocking fee for returns. The 20% restocking fee is waived if you do an exchange for an equal or greater priced item(s).  Please contact us if you received an incorrect or defective item.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  When you place an order, we will provide shipping options for your order.

While most orders ship via the United States Postal Service occasionally we will ship via Fedex or UPS.
For Fedex and UPS shipments please refer to the tracking information page to get the estimated delivery date.**

International Orders

We do not collect any duties and taxes/customs that may be due upon delivery. Before placing your order please check with your tax collecting agencies to understand what other fees will be due upon delivery if any.

All orders are valued for customs at the item(s) price only. We do not include the shipping fee paid as part of the value of the order.
