+We ship most orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) and thus prices provided are for delivery using USPS. If you need your item overnight and USPS cannot provide guaranteed service we can ship via FedEX or UPS - please contact us for quotes. USPS does provide overnight service to most major destinations for a very affordable rate comparatively. To be certain your item will arrive next day or if you have any questions about your shipping options please contact us.

+To ensure your item(s) are received all orders ship using delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation doesn't provide actual tracking of where the shipment is, but rather, shows when the item was delivered. The exception are express shipments which do ship with tracking. Both delivery confirmation and tracking information will be provided via the "Tracking" section of the invoice form once your item has shipped. Please login to your account or search by the confirmation number (found in your order confirmation email) then click the tracking number which will open the a new window with information about your shipment. If your unable to click the link please copy the tracking number into the Track & Confirm section of If you're unable to obtain your tracking info please contact us.

+We ship orders, once payment is received, either same or next business day. Please note that e-checks from PayPal are not instant payments and take 4 to 7 days to clear. We will ship once the e-check clears. Please make sure that the address you provide is complete with valid zip code to avoid delays in receiving your order. For more information or special requests please contact us.

+We ship to the billing address unless you provided a alternative ship to address by checking the "ship to another address" box at checkout.

+All items are shipped in nondescript mailing pouches/boxes or USPS branded shipping supplies. We do not provide any description of the items enclosed in your shipment.

+Every item we sell is in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally there may be a glitch in our inventory system which may cause us to sell an item that we no longer have in stock. If this happens we are 100% committed to refunding your entire purchase price. If this happens we will contact you to see if you desire an immediate refund, or if our supplier has the item in stock, process a drop ship directly to you at no additional cost.


+We accept payment via PayPal, VISA, MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY, Money Order or check.

What is a PayPal eCheck?

PayPal eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 3-5 business days* to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a debit or credit card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.

How does an eCheck work?

The money is withdrawn from the buyer's bank within a day or two. As soon as PayPal receives confirmation of sufficient funds from the bank, PayPal will deposit the money into your our account. The entire process takes 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel an eCheck?

Yes. Click Cancel at the bottom of your transaction details page. If PayPal has not begun processing the payment, they will cancel it outright. If PayPal has already begun processing the payment, they will refund the money into your PayPal account.


**Please note: Due to the seasonal nature of our items no returns are allowed for purchases made between October 1st and October 30th. 

+Not happy with your purchase? We gladly accept returns ** for items that are unworn and smoke free. If you purchase a new size or different item of equal or greater value we will waive the 15% restocking fee.  If you decide not to purchase an item(s) of equal or greater value there is a 15% restocking fee. Items returned that shipped using any Free Shipping promotion that are not re-ordered with items of equal or greater value than the original order will be charged the normal Standard shipping Fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee.

+If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not the correct item, we will pay for return shipping back to us and replace it with a new, non-damaged item at no extra charge. If you wish to skip the replacement for the damaged item and simply want a refund then a 15% restocking fee will apply.

+Return exclusions: Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of when your item(s) was initially delivered to you. All original packaging material must be included and the item must be returned in new condition and free of smoke and body odor for return to be accepted/processed. Return shipping must be paid by buyer. If your returned item meets the requirements a full refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping fees) will be refunded to you. If item shows signs of wear the return will not be processed and the item will be returned to you.

+Please contact us to initiate the return process. Items returned without Return Authorization numbers will not be accepted.

Special Requests

+You may request a size different than stated on your purchase. If your item(s) have not shipped and the item is available in the size requested we are happy to accommodate the request. Please be aware the size charts are provided by the manufacturer and cover all items from that manufacturer and do not indicate available sizes for all items. To reduce the chances of error please purchase only the item and correct size that you desire.

+Sending the item as a gift? No worries, we only include an packing list with no pricing information with your order. If an invoice is needed please login to your account and print - or- we can include an invoice if requested via email before shipment is released.
