Q: What do you charge for shipping?
A: You can view actual shipping costs by placing the desired items in your cart and entering your zipcode then click the update button. The shipping options are accessed via the pull down tab. The cost associated with each will be displayed once you click on the pull down tab. Please note that customers with a ship to address in Texas are subject to 8.25% state sales tax.
International customers: Please note that the prices shown for shipping DO NOT include any customs/duty or brokerage fees that may be due upon delivery. We only include the price of the item(s) purchased on the customs form (never the shipping charge). Please contact your local customs office if you wish to determine the actual fees before you purchase.
Q: I live in the United States, when will my order arrive?
A: Orders shipped within the United States ship via the United States Postal Service. Please see below for delivery times.
- USPS First Class Mail: Estimated delivery 2-5 days
- USPS Parcel Select: Estimated delivery 2-6 days
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 2-3 days
- USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed delivery 1-2 days (overnight to many locations)
Q: I live outside the United States, when will my order arrive?
A: Orders shipped outside the United States ship via the United States Postal Service. In most cases the item will be delivered by your local postal service. Express orders may be delivered by a third party service. Please see below for delivery times. These are estimated delivery times and not guarantees. When delays happen it is due to customs processing which can add several days or weeks to the delivery schedule.
Q: Has my order shipped yet? How can I view the status of my order?
- USPS First Class Mail International: Estimated delivery 2-4 weeks
- USPS Priority Mail International: Estimated delivery 10-14 days
- USPS Express Mail International: Estimated delivery 5-10 days
A: There are 2 ways to see if your order has shipped and check delivery status:
- Open your order confirmation email and click on the link then click Go! button. On resulting page click on the tracking number in your invoice (if blank your order has not shipped yet).
- Click the Customer Service link (at the top left of this page). On the resulting page please type the confirmation code you received via email and your email address you used when you placed the order and click Go! button. You will see your original invoice. To obtain status click on tracking number (if blank your order has not shipped yet).
Q: My order hasn't shipped yet, what is holding it up?
A: We ship orders same day if they are received and payment is processed before our 2PM CST shipping cutoff. If your order was placed after our shipping cutoff time we will work diligently to ship same day but we cannot guarantee it will do so. Orders placed after our cutoff time that are not able to be filled will ship next business day. Please remember payments made with PayPal e-check's are not instant payments and take 4-7 business days to clear before we can ship your item(s).
