| Instructions: | For setting makeup: Apply small amount of powder to puff. Fold in half. Rub powder into puff and shake off excess. Apply to makeup with a patting and rolling motion (Do not wipe on). Repeat as needed until makeup is set and has a matte finish. For Special Effects use: Apply as desired. |
